What is your return/refund policy?
RETURNS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order beanies. We do accept returns on ready-to-ship beanies providing the packaging is still sealed and beanies have not been worn. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds for downloadable patterns - ALL PATTERN SALES ARE FINAL.

Do you sell Ready-to-ship Beanies?
Yes! Ready-to-ship Beanies are available throughout the year - they do tend to sell out quickly, so send us a message if you want to be notified of the next shop update.
When do Custom Orders Open?
February 1, 2026 Pre-Orders for Custom Made Sweet Beanies will be OPEN! Check back to place your order or sign up below to get on the waitlist and be notified!
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Custom Orders wil be shipped 4-6 weeks after the Pre-Orders are received.
Do you ship world wide?
Physical handmade items are currently only being shipped to US addresses. Patterns are available and can be downloaded by everyone - they are only available in English.
How much do your Sweet Beanies Cost?
Custom Newborn Beanies start at $55 USD for a basic cupcake hat. Larger sizes increase in price. For a quote, please contact us.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
While we don't accept wholesale orders, we can provide small batch orders for your shop or boutique. For a quote, please contact us.
Can I wash my Sweet Beanie?
We recommend spot-treating your Sweet Beanie with a little dish soap and lettingi it air dry. It is not recommended to put your beanie in the washer/dryer.
